On June 30th 2025 GOD Called her home to rest. Cathy was born to the parents of  the late Samuel  Daniel Wiley and Mary Alma Jenkins-Wiley of Farmville, Virginia. The family moved to Washington D.C., where Cathy worked at various jobs as cashier for apartment complex, Safeway, Dollar General, and also at Carmax and Darcar as a tags and titles officer, and working on weekends at Bay Street Restaurant and Lounge.

During her off time, she enjoyed flea markets and Casinos. But what she loved the most was spending time with family and friends. She loved making drinks, her Favorite "Chocolate Thunder" She will be missed by all.

She leaves behind husband Lawrence, daughter Vanessa, son Franklin granddaughter Taylor, a sister, Uncles, Aunts, cousins, friends  and coworkers
